PC & Server Store offers the following Sales Policy:# All used items we sell are refurbished/ tested by our certified technical staff, unless otherwise noted on the listing.# A 30-day DAO warranty is implied on all our listing unless otherwise stated.# Our warranty does not cover buyer's misuse of the product.# Buyer must contact us within thirty (30) days of receipt of item to address any issues. We will promptly address any issues.# We would replace a defective item or offer a full refund of the purchase price at our discretion.# We however retest our products to verify any defects. Please be sure that you are returning the item because it is defective. Non-compatibility is not covered under our warranty. Buyer incurs additional costs to process an item that is determined not to be defective; there is a 20% restocking fee.# Our warranty does not cover shipping damage. It is the buyer's responsibility to purchase shipping insurance.# Shipping costs are not refundable.
